We act as data controller for data about Website visitors, prospects, customers, and suppliers.

• Identification & contact: name, company, role, e‑mail, phone, billing/shipping details.

• Project & order data: project brief, specifications, quantities, artwork/print files (which may incidentally contain personal data), correspondence.

• Account & communication: messages sent via forms, chat widgets, or e‑mail; support tickets.

• Technical data: IP address, device/browser details, language, cookies and similar technologies (see Cookie Policy).

• Payment & invoicing: payment status, invoice details, transaction identifiers (no full card numbers stored on our systems).

We typically collect data directly from you (forms, e‑mails, chats, calls), automatically via the Website (cookies/analytics—only with consent, except strictly necessary cookies), and from third parties (e.g., your employer or colleagues when they introduce you to us, or public business registers).

• Performing a contract and delivering orders — Examples: order processing, production, shipping, customer service. Legal basis: Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

• Managing customer accounts and records — Examples: order history, invoices, warranties. Legal basis: Legal obligation (accounting/tax) (Art. 6(1)(c)) and/or Contract.

• Website operation and security — Examples: load balancing, uptime, fraud prevention, logs. Legal basis: Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).

• Analytics and improvement — Examples: GA4 or similar (only after consent). Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

6) How long we keep your data (retention)

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes stated or to comply with legal obligations. Suggested defaults—edit to your needs:

• Order/project records and invoices: 10 years (accounting/tax).

• Uploaded artwork/production files: kept for 6–24 months for re‑orders/support unless you request deletion sooner or your contract states otherwise.

• Support correspondence: up to 36 months.

• Analytics cookies data: per the cookie’s lifespan (see Cookie Policy).

7) Who we share data with (recipients)

We share personal data only with trusted recipients and only as necessary for the purposes above:

• Hosting & infrastructure: Balticom

• Logistics: couriers/shipping providers for deliveries.

• Professional advisers: accountants, auditors, legal counsel.

• Authorities where required by law

8) International transfers

Some recipients may be located outside the EU/EEA. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), and we assess the transfer risks where relevant. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures, including access controls, encryption in transit, backups, least‑privilege access, secure deletion routines, employee confidentiality obligations, and vendor due diligence. 11) Children
