We act as data controller for data about Website visitors, prospects, customers, and suppliers.

Identification & contact: name, company, role, e‑mail, phone, billing/shipping details.
Project & order data: project brief, specifications, quantities, artwork/print files (which may incidentally contain personal data), correspondence.
Account & communication: messages sent via forms, chat widgets, or e‑mail; support tickets.
Technical data: IP address, device/browser details, language, cookies and similar technologies (see Cookie Policy).
Payment & invoicing: payment status, invoice details, transaction identifiers (no full card numbers stored on our systems).
We typically collect data directly from you (forms, e‑mails, chats, calls), automatically via the Website (cookies/analytics—only with consent, except strictly necessary cookies), and from third parties (e.g., your employer or colleagues when they introduce you to us, or public business registers).

6) How long we keep your data (retention)

Order/project records and invoices: 10 years (accounting/tax).
Uploaded artwork/production files: kept for 6–24 months for re‑orders/support unless you request deletion sooner or your contract states otherwise.

7) Who we share data with (recipients)
We share personal data only with trusted recipients and only as necessary for the purposes above:
- Hosting & infrastructure: Balticom
Logistics: couriers/shipping providers for deliveries.
Professional advisers: accountants, auditors, legal counsel.
Authorities where required by law
8) International transfers
Some recipients may be located outside the EU/EEA. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), and we assess the transfer risks where relevant. 11) Children
Our services are intended for business users and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us to delete it.
