If a text box appears: what to write
Make it really specific. A good description avoids delays because it answers:
What must appear on the packaging (logo, product name, variant, barcode area, mandatory text if any)
Where it should go (front panel / side panel / top / bottom — even approximate is fine)
Overall style (minimal, premium, bold, clinical, playful)
What you already have (logo, brand colors, fonts, reference packaging)
If you’re not sure about something (fonts, colors, content), write “unknown” — clear unknowns are better than guessing.

Common mistakes
Uploading a file that is not the final artwork (e.g., a random preview) without explaining what is missing
Leaving the description too vague (“make it nice”) instead of giving at least style + must include
Forgetting to mention variants (multiple SKUs/scents/shades) when the design needs changes per variant
Not stating the language(s) needed on the packaging when relevant (e.g., EN/LV/RU text content)
Not mentioning required reserved areas (e.g., barcode area or “leave blank area for coding”) when you know you need them
